great downtown stay near popular landmarks and dining
I had a fantastic time exploring the nearby Andy Warhol Museum and enjoying walks around the PPG Place during my stay. The breakfast buffet had such a wonderful selection that it was the perfect way to start my day. just remember that while the hotel provides a great suite experience, housekeeping could use some attention.

Oh, the breakfast at The Westin was a knockout! The fresh fruit and piping hot eggs were just what I needed to fuel up for my Pittsburgh adventure. Plus, I stumbled upon some local gems nearby like Penn City Grill and Sienna Mercato—talk about mouthwatering eats!
Check-in was a bit of a pickle. they mixed up my room arrangement and I didn't get what I booked. It made things a tad rocky, but at least the room was clean and I appreciated the toiletries provided.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kids loved attending a concert at PPG Paints Arena, and we appreciated how spacious our suite was, making it easy for us to relax after a fun-filled day. Plus, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could offer better kid-friendly amenities for families.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the high-tech elevators and the cozy king room that made me feel right at home. I loved having access to the sauna and the relaxing steam room after a long day. The only downside was the noise outside my room, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

The king room was spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was notable, and the toiletries were a welcome touch. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was poor due to a mix-up with my reservation, and the staff was not very accommodating during this process. The elevators had some confusion, making navigation difficult at times, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Nice stay, but parking is a pain
Had a decent time here. The lobby's cozy with lots of places to chill out. A big fireplace that was perfect for cold nights. Our room was okay, but the bathroom could use some TLC. Parking was super frustrating, though. the fees were way too high for what you got. Loved the in-room breakfast, but wish the bathroom was in better shape.
